Need to let us know about a problem?

We strive for the best at Good Energy, but, sometimes, things can go wrong. If you do have any problems with your Good Energy account, let us know and our hard-working team will do what they can to fix it for you. You can submit a complaint online or call us.

Get your energy sorted online

We have an online service for customers. Once signed up, you can view all of your bills and meter readings online. You'll also be able to analyse your own energy usage and change your payment method if you need to. Don’t want to sign up to the online service but want to get your energy sorted online? You can submit meter readings and send us queries via the website, or even download our meter reading app.
