Paying your bill by Direct Debit keeps your account up to date and it’s also the easiest and cheapest way to pay.

With Direct Debit there are two options: Fixed and Variable.

If you prefer to pay a fixed amount, we agree a set amount with you and your payment will be automatically debited from your bank account on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis – you choose the frequency.

We’ll keep an eye on your energy usage and use your meter readings to check you’re paying the right amount. If we need to change your Direct Debit, we’ll let you know at least 10 days in advance.

If you prefer to pay the actual amount of your bill rather than a set Direct Debit, you can set a Variable Direct Debit. Setting up a Variable Direct Debit means we take the total amount of your bill approximately 14 days after you receive your bill rather than a set amount per month.

You can set up your Direct Debit through your online accountand select fixed or variable option to suit your needs.
