Any engineers who attend your property on our behalf will:

Have proof of identification on them that will include a colour photo, their name and the company they are working for

Be able to provide you with your password if you have this set up with us. To set up a password for additional security, please contact us
Have relevant qualifications and training for any work they are undertaking.
