These terms tell you the rules for using our website – www.goodenergy.co.uk (our website) – only. They do not apply to any other contract we may have with you, which will be covered by separate terms and conditions.

Our website is owned and operated by Good Energy Limited (Good Energy, we, us or our). Good Energy is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 03899612 and we have our registered office at Monkton Park Offices, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1GH.

We may monitor and record our calls and emails, so we can find out where we need to improve and check we’re keeping to our normal practices and procedures. 


Acceptance of these terms

By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.  If you don’t accept the terms, don’t use our website.

You must not disclose it to any third party.  Don’t even share it with one of our clean energy specialists, and never write it down. 

If, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use we have the right to disable any user identification code or password.  

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us by telephoning our customer service line on 0345 034 2404. 


Products and services

There may be details of products and services that we provide on our website.  None of the information on this website is an offer to sell (or buy) anything. We can’t guarantee that any of the products or services mentioned will be available. 

We may change the prices and details of the products, services and offers on our website at any time, without notice. These changes won’t affect any agreements that you already have with us unless your contract allows for this or we are otherwise permitted to do so.

Our website is made available free of charge for your personal use.  If you use it for a business purpose, we may charge you.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by products or services supplied by any third party to whose website our website includes a link.

We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our website. You should use your own virus protection software.

We may update and change our website from time to time. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our website for business and operational reasons. 


Vulnerability Disclosure

If you identify a security vulnerability on our website, this should be reported to security@goodenergy.co.uk. Please note we do not currently offer bounties of financial incentives for disclosure.

Our website is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through our website is appropriate for use or available in any other locations. 

If any provision of these terms is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, these terms shall continue to be valid as to their other provisions and the rest of the affected provision. These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
