As part of the innovative approach we take, providing real-time smart tariff pricing and usage on your IHD can be complex due to the dynamic nature of these tariffs.

How else can I track my energy usage?

IHDs are not the only way to track your energy usage when you’re on a smart tariff.

You can access all relevant information about your Good Energy account directly on your smartphone or computer, avoiding the need to check the physical display unit.

Use the Good Energy app or online account

  • Open the Good Energy app or sign in to your Good Energy online account to see tariff prices and usage information. Go to ‘Usage’ for detailed insights.
  • Visit your account online or download our app in the Apple or Play Stores.
