Good Energy’s app and online account provides our supply and feed in tariff customers with a simple and green way to manage their energy. In this article, we show you some of the great features you can expect to see and how to start using them today.

See your energy usage data

You can now see your energy usage data in our app, and it will date back to when you joined us or when you got a smart meter.

This helps you to understand how you are using energy over the week, month or even year, see how much it is costing you and spot ways to save.

Our FIT customers will soon be able to see how much energy they’re exporting too.

Make payments

You can make a one-off payment through the app or online account, or even set up a new Direct Debit (online account only). 

Did you know that our Direct Debit customers receive an average discount of around £129* per year? This is because Direct Debits are the quickest, easiest and greenest way to pay. Check out our support article to see how.

Submit your meter readings

Don’t have a smart meter?

Then you can submit your meter readings quickly and easily through the online account or app. You can also turn on reminders so that you never forget to submit a meter reading again – making your bills accurate every time.

Our FIT customers can submit their quarterly export readings on the app too.
