Please put your customer account number as a reference so we can credit your account correctly.

 

By Direct Debit

Good Energy customers who pay by Direct Debit pay the same amount every month. If you want to pay by Direct Debit, we will agree the amount with you and then your payment will be automatically debited from your bank account. A quick and simple way to set up your Direct Debit is through our online customer service. You can log in and register here. Once registered, you'll find the option to 'Set up a fixed Direct Debit' under Enquiries on the right hand side of the screen.

If you are not sure what your monthly payment is likely to be, Good Energy can estimate the monthly amount based on other Good Energy customers, and then review this every four months to check if it needs adjusting.

Once you are set up on Direct Debit we will send you confirmation of the amount and date that the first Direct Debit payment will be collected. We will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited.

By cheque

Please make your cheque payable to Good Energy Ltd and send it, along with the tear-off payment slip provided on the front page of your bill, to Good Energy Ltd, Monkton Reach, Monkton Hill, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1EE.

 

By phone

If you’d prefer to pay for your energy bills by phone using a debit or credit card, give us a call on 0800 254 0000. Credit card payments may be subject to a charge.

 

With Bristol Pounds

You can now pay for your Good Energy bill in Bristol Pounds.

All you need to do is sign up for a Bristol Pound account. Once you’re logged in, follow the instructions in our user guide to set up your first payment.
