How to pay your bill
By Direct Debit - the simple green way to pay
Paying your bill by Direct Debit keeps your account up to date and over a year uses 94% less carbon than paying by cheque.
It’s also the easiest way to pay. We agree the amount with you and then your payment will be automatically debited from your bank account every month.
In the background we’ll keep an eye on your energy use. We’ll use your meter readings to check you’re paying the right amount. We’ll let you know if we need to change your Direct Debit and give you time to adjust it.
Other ways to manage your account
You can also keep an eye on your payments by registering for our online portal.
Once you’ve registered you can set up a Direct Debit from the bills and payments tab.
