Our air source heat pump installations are all covered by the following standards, giving you peace of mind about the quality of your new green heating system.
HIES
The Home Insulation and Energy Systems (HIES) scheme provides consumer protection when buying home energy products, with services including deposit protection and dispute resolution. It’s a voluntary scheme, and members are vetted and regularly monitored for ethical practices and high standards of service.
Trustmark
Trustmark is a scheme endorsed by the UK government that ensures technical competence, quality customer service and trading practices.
MCS
The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is an independent body that defines, improves and certifies quality standards for low-carbon and renewable energy technologies and installers.
NICEIC
The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting is the UK’s largest voluntary register of electrical businesses. They assess and provide certification for electricians and renewable energy installers, and provide industry-leading training to ensure best-in practice standards.
Gas Safe Register
Installing a heat pump involves removing or adapting your existing heating system. If this is gas, you want to trust that your heat pump installer is also Gas Safe registered. This is the official register for engineers qualified to work on gas appliances.
