Good Energy is now an accredited Which? Trusted Trader for heat pumps  

Good Energy is now accredited by Which? Trusted Trader as a heat pump installer, rated 4.8 stars for service. 

Renewable electricity supplier and services provider Good Energy’s heat pump installation service has been acknowledged by one of the most trusted names in consumer products, as it has achieved Which? Trust Trader status.  

The new recommendation is in addition to the company’s existing Which? Eco Provider accreditation for renewable energy supply and Good Energy owned JPS Renewable’s Trusted Trader status for solar installations.  

Good Energy has been recognised for providing a high standard of customer service for installations of heat pumps, achieving a 4.8-star rating on the Trusted Trader website based on customer reviews verified by Which?.   

Already the highest rated energy supplier on Trustpilot with an ‘excellent’ score of 4.8, the new accreditation further solidifies the company’s reliability, trustworthiness and high standards of customer service.

Verification for the accreditation involves a thorough assessment from a Trading Standards Quality Assessor, who inspects all aspects of the business from, terms and conditions, documentation and business practices, ensuring customers’ interests are kept in mind.
