Your guide to incentives that could help your business go greener

The switch to solar panels or heat pumps is one of the smartest long-term investments a business can make, delivering rapid returns through lower energy costs and greater sustainability. Even so, that first step can feel like a big leap. That’s why the government offers a range of grants and incentives – support that makes it easier for businesses to act now and build a greener future for everyone.

To help you navigate the range of grants and incentives, we’ve compiled this region-by-region roundup. Read on to find out about live grants, low-interest loans, and finance schemes that could help your business reduce the upfront cost of solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, EV charge points, and more. Quickly pinpoint the support you qualify for, fund your energy saving projects, and future-proof your operations.

The information on this page is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute financial advice. While we strive to keep details as current as possible, new schemes are launched regularly, funding can run out, and eligibility criteria can change. Please note that where a geographic area is specified, it is standard that your business must be registered within that area to qualify. Additionally, most heat pump and solar grants in the UK also cover a range of other low-carbon capital investments.

A well-designed solar array can pay for itself in as little as three years.

Good Energy will ensure your initial investment delivers maximum value, with a 360-degree service encompassing installation and maintenance – as well as renewable supply and competitive export tariffs.
