How to register for an online account
If you’re a Good Energy customer and haven’t used the online account yet, tap the ‘create an account’ button on the online account login screen.
I’m having difficulty logging into my online account
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset your password on the account log in screen by selecting ‘create or reset your password’. If you need to update the email address you use to log in, please call our Clean Energy Specialists on 0345 034 2400.
To keep your account secure, we require you to authenticate your log in. We use your mobile number to do this by asking you to enter it when prompted when logging in. If you’re having trouble authenticating your account log in, please email us at email@example.com to make sure we have your mobile number correct.
