Let Estate management centre
As part of our partnership with the National Trust, all void properties across the Trust’s let estate are being switched to Good Energy’s supply of electricity (and gas where in place).
We’ve introduced a process for property staff to do this. This process means that when the new tenant occupies the property they will be supplied by Good Energy’s renewable electricity and standard gas tariff.
Three good reasons to do this:
- We can help tenants to reduce their energy use through providing energy efficiency advice
- The properties will be powered by 100% renewably-sourced electricity, and we will encourage tenants to stay with Good Energy via bespoke and pro-active follow-up
- Good Energy donates up to £40 to the National Trust for each year the household remains a customer
Unfortunately Good Energy can’t accept pre-payment meters. The switch process may take longer if there is an unpaid amount with the previous supplier or the previous tenant was in a fixed contract. Tenants can switch away at any point.
