Our Home Movers team will work on closing the account based on the information you’ve provided – they’ll get in touch if they need any more information from you. Once this is done, the final bill for this period will be sent to your forwarding address within 7 to 10 days. Please note: If we don’t receive a final meter reading from you, your final bill will be estimated.
If you requested that your new property be switched to Good Energy, then a member of our Customer Onboarding team will contact you soon to get all the information we need to complete your switch.
