Renewable energy firm prove they care at the Wiltshire Business Awards

Green energy supplier Good Energy has taken home the ‘Customer and Staff Care’ award at this year’s Wiltshire Business Awards.

Good Energy won the award for its work ensuring its employees and customers are engaged with their business and feel valued and informed.

Juliet Davenport OBE, founder and CEO at Good Energy said: “This is great news for Good Energy, our customers and, of course for our brilliant staff.

Above all, the award is recognition of all the hard work by our Customer Care team to deliver a fantastic service to our customers. We couldn’t be more proud!”

Good Energy has previously been recognised for top customer service by Which? who awarded them 4 out of 5 stars in 2016 & 2017.

The company’s work on employee engagement was also recognised last year when they were awarded ‘Internal Comms Campaign of the Year’ at the 2016 CIPR Pride Awards.
