How to pay your bill
Good Energy customers who pay by Direct Debit pay the same amount every month. If you wish to pay by Direct Debit and join the majority of Good Energy customers, the monthly amount is agreed with you and then automatically debited from your bank account.
If you are not sure what your monthly payment is likely to be, Good Energy can estimate the monthly amount based on other Good Energy customers, and then review this in three months to check if it needs adjusting.
Once you are set up on Direct Debit we will let you know when to expect your first payment to be made 10 days in advance.
If you want to set up a Direct Debit give us a call us on 0800 254 0000 and we can either set up your direct debit over the phone or post you a form for you to complete.
If you’d prefer to pay for your energy bills by phone using a debit or credit card, give us a call on 0800 254 0000. Credit card payments may be subject to a charge.
To pay for your electricity using internet or telephone banking please quote Good Energy Ltd, Sort Code 30-91-99, Bank Account no 00463501 and please put your electricity customer account number as a reference so we can credit your account correctly.
To pay for your gas using internet or telephone banking please quote Good Energy Gas Limited, Sort Code 30-91-99, Bank Account no 00465016 and please put your gas customer account number as a reference so we can credit your account correctly.
Please make your cheque payable to Good Energy Ltd and send it, along with the tear-off payment slip provided on the front page of your bill, to Good Energy Ltd, Monkton Reach, Monkton Hill, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1EE.
You can now pay for your Good Energy bill in Bristol Pounds.
Details of how to pay are also included on the back of every bill or on the online service
