We\u2019re delighted to announce our new 24-month Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (CPPA) with Feldberg Capita<\/a>l, a specialist real estate investor and developer managing approximately \u20ac1.8 billion in assets. Facilitated by managing agent MAPP, this agreement links seven of Feldberg Capital’s commercial assets across two funds to Toggam Solar Farm in Lakenheath, Suffolk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, we are delivering 6 GWh of fully traceable, zero-carbon electricity that cuts Scope 2 emissions <\/a>while delivering real financial value back into the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreement structure<\/strong>: 24 month Corporate PPA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge: Increasing regulatory demands and ESG expectations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Real estate managers like Feldberg Capital<\/a> face increasing regulatory demands and ESG disclosure expectations. Yet, too much of the commercial energy market relies on unbundled Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs), paper certificates bought separately from actual power that do little to support new green generation or provide clear supply chain visibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good Energy stood out to them for several reasons. Rather than relying solely on REGO certificates, we have direct PPAs with over 3,000 independent UK renewable generators<\/a>. This approach guarantees that the power our customers buy actively supports local generation and drives Britain’s green transition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s more, Good Energy is ranked number one on the Matched Clean Power Index<\/a> for real time renewable energy matching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We went one step further for Feldberg Capital, by signing a landmark 24 month Corporate PPA<\/a> that matches the energy used by their seven commercial properties to Toggam Solar Farm in Suffolk: a 12.4MW site owned and operated by West Suffolk Council<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The benefit of this Corporate PPA structure is that Feldberg Capital can trace their energy usage back to the Suffolk solar farm, offering complete transparency for their ESG reporting and net zero targets. It also means a predictable cost structure over the next 24 months \u2013 vital when energy prices have been increasingly volatile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s more, it gives Feldberg Capital a way to support local public services and prove environmental benefit. Toggam Solar Farm provides a long-term, stable income stream for West Suffolk Council. Over \u00a35.2 million has been reinvested into frontline local services, strengthening council finances without increasing pressure on local taxpayers. Beyond generating clean power, the site supports environmental land management, local biodiversity enhancement, and community education initiatives for local schools and youth groups.<\/p>\n\n\n
