The Good Energy team is currently around 300 people strong and is based in the market town of Chippenham, Wiltshire.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who would be able to help us deliver Smart to our customers. The primary responsibility of the role will be to lead and coordinate delivery of the Smart IT & Digital elements, working collaboratively with the Product Owners and Scrum Masters across the different streams within the IT & Digital team – covering data, integration, mobile, web and business systems.  

About you

With experience of working within an agile project environment and excellent interpersonal, influencing and engagement skills, you’ll have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to relentlessly strive to obtain excellence.

You’ll have demonstrable high level of IT literacy using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and be able to translate complex issues and information into simple key messages and actions. Being able to build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships will be important in the role, whilst having the ability to manage and multi task under pressure within an evolving work environment.

In addition, you’ll possess strong planning, organisation, analytical skills and be able to interpret and present appropriate data across all levels of the organisation.

Knowledge of Gentrak Velocity and the Government’s Smart programme is desirable for this role.
