About the role
This role sits in the Resourcing Team within People and Culture (P&C) and is responsible for managing all Customer Service resourcing activity. You’ll provide end to end resourcing support working collaboratively with managers and the wider P&C team to deliver a positive recruitment journey aligned to Good Energy values. As a recruitment expert, you will work with our hiring managers to advise on the recruitment process and make recommendations to achieve the best results. You will also work on various improvement projects looking at how we can further develop our recruitment processes.
In this role you’ll manage the entire recruitment process from taking the brief right through to the offer and onboarding of new starters, this includes organising and running mini assessment centres as well as interviewing alongside our managers.
This role would suit an experienced resourcing advisor who’s is keen to work within a values and purpose driven business and is looking to further develop and drive improvements within a fast-paced environment.
With previous experience in a similar role, you’ll be confident in managing the full recruitment journey and working closely with stakeholders. Your ability to build strong relationships is key, as is your ability to get close to the detail to understand future resourcing plans to enable you to have a proactive approach.
With a passion to engage with candidates directly, you’ll be able to demonstrate your successes with hiring directly through various search channels as well as having creative ideas of new attraction methods.
Experience of recruiting within a fast-paced Customer Service environment would be a distinct advantage.
