About the function and role

The facilities and asset management department has just a few members of staff to support staff spread across multiple buildings in Chippenham and 11 renewable energy assets spread across the UK.

This role would suit someone that is self-reliant, able to multitask; while also having the aptitude to deliver great customer service to our staff, landowners, visitors and working contractors. The Receptionist, Facilities and Asset administrator will support two departments in providing great customer service and the role will be a centre point for managing workplace and asset management concerns.

The Receptionist, Facilities and Asset administrator will work alongside two other colleagues and will report to the Facilities and Operational Assets Manager.

This role will contain a great deal of administration and it will be front-of-house.

About you

With previous administration experience you will be extremely well organised and capable of multi-tasking and prioritising in a busy reception environment. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with great attention to detail.

Additionally, you will have demonstrable experience of updating databases and have a strong background in customer services.
