About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Fulfilment Executive to take Good Energy to the next level of stakeholder communications, engagement and reciprocal relationship management including consumers/prospects, domestic, Feed In Tariff (FIT), partnerships and investor relations.

You’ll be working as part of our marketing function including proposition, digital, business and partnerships offline and brand. This role sits within the brand and marketing communications team, with the opportunity to amplify and develop our brand.

The Marketing team is responsible for delivering growth in customer numbers for Good Energy across all channels (including domestic customers, businesses and generators). We want to build great online and offline experiences that connect and engage with our current and future audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Manager, you’ll play a critical role in creating, fulfilling and delivering a variety of stakeholder communications including on boarding journeys, change of tenancy, campaigns, and fulfilment of customer journey.
  • Be the expert on our Billing system and support the implementation of our CRM strategy through the creation, design and delivery of stakeholder communications collateral including (templates for customer letters, welcome packs, and tariff sheets) aligned to our internal purpose and brand and our strategy on output and deliverables.
  • Evaluate current collateral and utilise insights to provide informed recommendations on future strategy and recommendations (format, design, copywriting and tone of voice) then re-launch within agreed budget and through stakeholder engagement.
  • Support and evidence key deliverables in the implementation of campaigns (brand, acquisition, retention, engagement) to ensure brand consistency and quality, accuracy and timeliness with external agencies/suppliers and internally, evidencing clear output and value add impact to Good Energy. Report on output of campaign success to stakeholders as required. 

About You

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive with direct marketing experience within a B2C and possibly also a B2B environment.  You’ll also have a proven track record in creating, implementing and managing fulfilment for stakeholder’s, identifying what’s required based on strategy.  You will have agency and stakeholder management experience.  You’ll have experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and a strong background in customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies in line with KPI’s.

You’ll be confident and be able to build great relationships but not afraid to negotiate or challenge in a diplomatic way.  With previous experience of managing budgets you’ll be used to evaluating and reporting against KPIs and planned spend.  You will have had exposure to digital techniques including billing and CRM systems.

A relevant Marketing qualification would be a distinct advantage.

You don’t have to have a background in renewable energy but you must be motivated by working for a purpose and values led organisation, and have the capability to learn about a complex industry, fast.
