About the function and role

The People & Culture (P&C) Team in Good Energy is responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to build and maintain a high-performance organisation, including; resourcing, talent management, learning and development, policy, performance management, brand and cultural alignment, employee engagement and office environment/facilities.

We’ve identified a need for a fixed term HR Assistant to provide support to the People Partnering and Practices team. This will be on a short term basis to assist with a number of projects such as supporting us through data cleanse work, helping us get ready to implement our new People system, and supporting the administration of our Annual Salary Review process to ensure this is completed efficiently and accurately.

About you

Firstly, you will be working in a great team! The People and Culture team are highly experienced at what they do, and this role is a fantastic opportunity for either a strong Administrator to gain experience within a HR environment or HR Assistant wishing to gain valuable exposure within a dynamic HR team.

Reporting to the People Partner, you’ll have excellent attention to detail and a passion for ensuring projects are completed effectively and accurately. With excellent prioritisation and planning skills, you’ll have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment, working collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders across the business.

A large element of the role will be to deliver on data led tasks, so experience of using Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be essential.
