About the role
With a focus on customer acquisition and retention, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Executive to assist on the delivery of our ambitious acquisition targets.

You’ll be supporting on activity across all of our digital channels. Working closely with our external agencies and in-house capabilities to plan, scope and deliver creative assets. You will adapt a test and lean approach and be responsible for suggesting optimisations across various channels. In this role, you will develop an understanding of our customer segments, ensuring a positive online experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.

About You
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer who wants to apply their experience within a purpose led business. You will support the planning, delivery and optimisation of all digital channels. Reporting directly into the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and test yourself in our collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of successful digital marketing across SEO, Affiliate, Paid and Social media. You’ll have previous experience using Content Management Systems, as well as an understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to create landing pages and email templates. With strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, you’ll be confident working with people at all levels across the organisation. It would be a distinct advantage if you also have experience of Photoshop, Google analytics and managing email platforms.

You don’t have to have a background in renewable energy but you must be motivated by working for a purpose and values led organisation, and have the capability to learn about a complex industry, fast.
