About the role 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging our people in Good Energy’s products and systems, ensuring that they have the technical knowledge and skills to be able to support our customers in making clean energy the natural choice. 

You’ll be responsible for embedding cultural change through the innovative design, delivery, and evaluation of key learning interventions across Good Energy. This will include the design and delivery of systems, technical compliance and soft skills training solutions that will support the SMART rollout as well as wider systems, products and processes. You will design and deliver learning content to support these programmes including E-learning, videos and system simulations having at the forefront the customer experience and journey. 

Your role will also be to evaluate all learning interventions, identifying trends as well as return on investment to ensure continuous improvement. You will work closely with other members of our learning and development teams to ensure the delivery of this programme aligns with our wider development plans. 

About you 

With a passion for helping people to learn and grow, you’ll be an engaging communicator with a creative flare. You’ll be self-motivated, and organised, with the ability to work with detail and a passion for driving quality, and performance. You’ll be able to work with people at all levels, developing their skills and encouraging positive behavioural change. 

You will have proven experience of implementing training solutions for key business projects and as such will be able to demonstrate your experience of designing and delivering these solutions (technical and soft skills) within a customer service and/or sales operation. You’ll be able to show your skills in using innovative training solutions and new ideas to engage and motivate your learners. 

You’ll have the ability to lead, plan and deliver a training project work stream to agreed timescales, collaborating with other functions, project teams and key stakeholders.
