Salary: £18,300 pro rata + excellent benefits

About the role
So we are not your typical energy company and this is not a typical call centre role.
Working within our call centre, Customer Care Advisors are the first point of call for all new and existing customer enquiries. You’ll be supporting our customers’ queries over the phone, by email, social media and even by letter too. Working as part of a dynamic team, your role will be to handle account enquiries, resolving issues whilst promoting our products and services.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced customer facing environment (face to face and/or telephone)
- Ability to problem solve under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and navigate IT systems effectively
- A completer finisher– able to fully explain and resolve customer queries at the first point of contact.
- Ability to work as part of a team, and use own initiative in order to provide great customer service
- Proactive and self-driven, taking pride in own performance
