The business has recently reviewed its longer term strategy and is now poised to take a leap forwards, focused on a transformational growth agenda which delivers long term value for its customers, shareholders and people. The Good Energy team is currently around 300 people strong and is based in the market town of Chippenham, Wiltshire.

About the role

Reporting into the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting across the wider Business Support Team with a focus on our customers in particular. Your duties will include administrative support to your line manager and the wider team. Whilst this position will have a focus on our customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues and potentially liaising with other Good Energy teams where required, you will also undertake tasks including the administration of quotes, contracts and other customer-related documentation.
You will work with key stakeholders within customers’ organisations to ensure they have the best experience and are satisfied with our services.

Providing unique and trusted pre- and post-sales support for our business customers, you will also be efficient in updating and maintaining our database used to manage I&C business customers.

About You

You’ll have a previous experience of working in a dynamic office environment and will be able to demonstrate providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

You will be a confident and engaging communicator and will have excellent influencing skills in order to work effectively across multiple departments as well as externally.  You’ll also be confident in interpreting and manipulating data.

You don’t have to have a background in renewable energy but you must be motivated by working for a purpose and values led organisation, and have the capability to learn about a complex industry, fast.
