We want to turn the energy market upside down – and help the UK achieve a future that’s powered purely by renewables.
There’s a lot to do. It involves changes at every stage of the energy process, from windy hill top to a finger on a light switch. But we know what needs to be done. And we understand how to do it.
We’re involved in the journey to a 100% renewable future every step of the way, supplying electricity that’s sourced solely from the wind, water, sun or through sustainable biogeneration, and helping to grow the country’s renewable capacity by supporting a community of over 12,000 independent generators and investing in our own sources of renewable generation. But while it’s important to lead by example in the industry, we know a lot of the change happens at policy level. Our unique position means we punch well above our weight, and can make sure our customers’ voices are heard on issues that we think will help to secure a better energy deal for the country.
