We don’t know the exact answer, but we do know that 84% of our customers questioned by Which? would recommend us to their friends. It’s what helped us gain top spot in their customer satisfaction survey for energy suppliers for the second time in January 2012.
We also know you don’t want to be passed from pillar to post in order to get the information you require. That’s why we make sure every member of our Customer Care team has in-depth knowledge that ranges from generating your own electricity to Energy Saving Trust endorsed energy efficiency advice. We call it being Fluent in Energy and it means they’re on hand to answer all your queries.
