• All we’ll need is your name and address, and some information about your current electricity supply - if you have it.
• We won’t ask for any bank details.
• The whole process is regulated and you have 7 days to think about it before anything happens.

STEP 3

Relax: it will take us 3-4 weeks to get the transfer set up and we will send your confirmation of what is going on:

• We’ll manage the switching process, including contacting your current electricity supplier to let them know.
• We don’t need to change the cables going to your house, or the meter - we operate by supplying electricity to the national grid like other electricity suppliers.
• At the end of the year we’re audited to make sure that for every unit of electricity you’ve used, we’ve supplied an equivalent unit of electricity generated from a renewable source - wind, hydro, solar and sustainable biomass - to the grid.
