Our meter reading services – 1 August 2012

We’ll be working with Lowri Beck for our meter reading services from 20th August 2012. We’re particularly happy to be working with them as, like us, they are another independent company operating in the UK energy market. Good Energy will become one of their four largest clients.

The decision to change meter reading company was based on a number of criteria, including feedback from our customers.

Changing meter-reading services is a step-by-step process which requires that customer accounts are transferred to the new company over a period of time. We expect that process to be complete by March 2013.
