Paying for your energy
Most of our customers pay by monthly Direct Debit, with equal installments automatically debited from their account each month, helping to spread the payments over a year.
Not only is this less hassle for you, but it helps keep our prices down too. We’ll send you a Direct Debit form to complete and if you don’t know how much you use or pay, we can estimate the monthly amount based on the national average. We’ll let you know at least 10 days in advance of the first payment going out.
There are other ways of paying for renewable energy: by cheque or card, over the phone, or by internet banking. We include details of this on the back of every bill.

To pay for your electricity using internet or telephone banking please quote Good Energy Ltd, S/C 30-91-99, A/N 00463501 and your electricity customer account number.
To pay for your gas using internet or telephone banking please quote Good Energy Gas Limited, S/C 30-91-99, A/N 00465016 and your gas customer account number.
Be aware that your bank may charge for this service.
