Moving In?
We hope you’re settling into your new home. If you’re here, you’ll know that we supply your power. We’re pleased to have you with us.
Cross one more thing off your to-do list: tell us you’ve moved in
Moving house can be a busy time. So we’ve made it quick and easy to get set up on our Standard Variable Tariff while you settle in.
There are no exit fees so you’re free to switch tariff, or provider, once you’ve had time to explore your options. This tariff is variable, which means the price can go up or down. Tariff prices vary depending on where you live. You can find all the rates here.

If I move house sometime between October 2022 and March 2023, will I still receive the Energy Bills Support Scheme discount?
It will depend on the date you move property. Each month, suppliers need to notify the government how many customers they have that are eligible to receive the Energy Bills Support Scheme (EBSS) discount. If you took responsibility for your new home after the 1st of the month, we may need to reverse that month’s discount to make sure you don’t receive it twice (from Good Energy and from the supplier of your new property). We’ll do this by adding the discount to the total of your final bill. To avoid this from happening, we strongly encourage you to tell us as soon as possible if you’re moving house.
