Good Energy makes good business sense
RSS Feed
Throughout the UK, businesses large and small are waking up to a new economic reality: a sustainable energy policy makes sound business sense.
Learning to value their energy more and use it less, many companies are finding more efficient, natural, and streamlined ways of working. And showing the growing number of conscientious consumers that they take climate change seriously.
As the cost of fossil fuels rises, the price differential between renewable and other forms of energy is coming down. Whilst all major energy suppliers have increased prices by up to 9% over the winter, Good Energy announced our intention to freeze our prices for electricity and gas customers.
So we think now is the best ever time for businesses to consider switching to Good Energy. We want to support all our customers in developing a more intelligent relationship with energy. This means understanding where it comes from, using it efficiently and maybe even generating it. A Good Energy business customer can confidently communicate that the business has a 100% renewable electricity tariff from a 100% renewable supplier, something we think that customers will love.
We currently have around 1,700 business customers – ranging from Clipper Windpower in Northumbria, to the Eden Project Café in Cornwall.
In some cases businesses can go further and become a Good Energy Affiliate Partner. We pay a commission for every new customer that switches to our supply quoting the business’s name. We can provide materials to help businesses talk about the steps they are taking to protect the environment and can help run a campaign to customers or staff.
