Good Energy tops Which customer satisfaction survey for electricity suppliers

Good Energy, the UK’s only dedicated 100% renewable electricity supplier, has been voted best electricity supplier in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by Which?, the independent consumer watchdog.

Which? received responses from almost 8000 energy users across the UK and ranked suppliers according to their customer satisfaction scores.  Good Energy topped the list of suppliers which included the ‘Big 6′ and a number of other smaller companies.

Suppliers were rated across all aspects of their business from customer service to phone support and billing. Good Energy scored the highest rating of 79% (with Npower at the bottom with just 27%).

The survey results can be seen in the April issue of Which? Magazine, published today. The magazine reports:

“One impressed customer described Good Energy as ‘brilliant’ - a word we rarely see anywhere near the name of an energy supplier - and said that its communication and customer service was ‘probably second to none in any national business.’”
