RSS FeedWe’ve just picked up a copy of the latest Which? Money magazine which features a survey of utilities, and are really pleased to see the results. Good Energy gets the highest score of any utility company for customer satisfaction with a fantastic 79%. This is against the lowest performer, NPower with 27%, while the highest any of the Big 6 suppliers scored was 50%.
The survey questioned thousands of customers on their supplier’s performance and we scored no lower than four stars out of five in the categories Customer Service, Value for Money and Bills.
One impressed customer described Good Energy as ‘brilliant’ – a word we rarely seen anywhere near the name of an energy supplier – and said that its communication and customer service was ‘probably second to none in any national business."
This is a great achievement and a fine accolade to our dedicated customer care team.
