Here's a nice little google maps application that allows you to see how the world’s land will be absorbed by rising sea levels.

You can see how between sea levels rising between 1 and 14 metres, and if your home (or the home you are hoping to buy) will be an underwater home.

Not sure of the accuracy but it is apparently NASA data, and they are quite smart.
