Terms & Conditions: Good Energy 10th Birthday Competition
1. Once received all entries become the property of Good Energy.
2. Entries must be submitted either by returning your completed birthday card to Good Energy by post; or by email to meter-readings@goodenergy.co.uk . No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, lost or late entries.
3. The competition is open to all Good Energy customers and generators, and any new customers who switch between December 1st 2009 and February 28th 2010. This excludes all employees of the Good Energy Group and their immediate family members.
4. Entrants must supply their name, telephone number, e-mail address and electricity meter reading. If you are entering by email, you must ensure that all of these details are included in your email. Your email MUST have ‘Birthday’ in the subject field, or mention the birthday competition in the email.
5. Only one entry is allowed per customer.
6. All entries must be submitted by 28th February 2010 to qualify for the prize draw which will take place on Monday 15th March 2010.
7. The prize draw selection is final and no correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
8. The winners will be notified within 5 days after the draw date by e-mail. If a winner is unable to accept/use their prize for any reason, Good Energy reserves the right to decide whether the winner can transfer the prize to a friend or family member. Good Energy is under no obligation to offer an alternative prize.
9. There will be no cash alternatives available.
10. The prize winners agree to take part in any post-competition publicity. The winners’ names may be displayed on any of Good Energy’s websites and blog; and in any related public relations material.
11. By entering the competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules.
