As a business, we recognise that we need to minimise the environmental impacts of our business activities. We aim to create a working environment which is good for our people, our customers and our planet.
Every year, we produce a values report to provide an honest and transparent summary of our performance in relation to the environment and our stakeholders. Most importantly, it incorporates an independent verification report to ensure that our claims about the 100% renewable electricity that we supply are completely true.
We aim to improve our environmental performance year on year and set ourselves improvement targets to achieve.
